The reason is that the standard out of the box wiki from Sharepoint was pretty much crap and didn't support proper wikitext. I'm sure when it comes to some things we'll be able to buy the part. The problem is that there are some requirements that my company has that means we need a more customized solution. That's where I come in ;). Also I want to work on developing some of these items so that I can learn how it all works. Doug,
